Painted steel grating is mainly for the surface treatment of steel grating. The general surface treatment method of steel grating is hot-dip galvanizing and electro-galvanizing. Surface painting is also an important one.

 

Painted steel grating is composed of load-bearing flat steel and crossbar arranged in a certain interval in longitude and latitude, welded into original plate by 200-ton hydraulic resistance welding automation equipment, and processed into the product required by customers through cutting, opening, hemming and other processes.

The processing cost of painted steel grating is lower than that of hot-dip galvanizing, the anti-rust ability is medium, and it is more afraid of wear, but the paint can choose a variety of colors, especially when the steel grating is used for mechanical equipment, the color of the steel grating and the color of the equipment are required to be consistent.
