Steel grating materials:

3. The allowable deviation of flat steel size meets the requirements of Table 1 YB/T4001.1-2007.

4. Toothed flat steel is made of hot-rolled flat steel or hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel strip after longitudinal shearing and punching. The tooth size cannot be less than 5 teeth per 100mm.

5. The cross-sectional dimensions and cross-sectional inertia moment of I-shaped flat steel.

Surface treatment:

It is divided into: hot-dip galvanizing, cold-dip galvanizing (electro-galvanizing), spray painting and black flakes (untreated); hot-dip galvanizing is commonly used, and the service life of the surface after rust and corrosion prevention is as long as 40-50 years.
